This is a blanket finished with a front and back flame-retardant material.

The front uses 10 OZ army duck woven with cotton in the warp and Kanekalon Protex, a modacrylic fiber, in the weft. Kanekalon®, an acrylic-based synthetic fiber, is a self-extinguishing flame-retardant fiber material, making it suitable for flame-retardant work clothes and home textile materials due to its fire-resistant properties.

The backing is made of boa material using Kanekalon Protex. It has the function of absorbing infrared rays and generating heat, and once warmed by heat from a campfire or similar source, it maintains warmth, making it a functional material.
