MATERIAL: COTTON 100%

This is an original material woven using old-fashioned looms at a historic textile mill in the Bishu region. We deconstructed and analyzed vintage work pants from the 1940s and 50s to create the original cotton whipcord. It features a bold right twill that provides a robust fabric feel while remaining highly flexible. With every wear, you'll experience a unique and rich patina as the fabric ages beautifully.
After sewing, the product undergoes garment dyeing, resulting in deep colors and textures. Additionally, by applying bio-processing in the final stages, we achieve a touch that closely resembles real vintage worn-in feel. The white color also features an exquisite tint that replicates a dirty white, enhancing its overall charm. Each color option promises a distinct aging transformation with continued wear.
