This work jacket is made from original cotton twill woven with 16-count warp threads and 12-count weft threads, dyed with sulfur dyes to recreate a vintage feel. It combines features from various vintage Tuf-Nut work jackets and is accented with a glossy mini tartan check lining.

Tuf-Nut, which primarily developed workwear in the American West, was recognized for its high-quality production and supplied work shirts and slacks to the military during World War II. Post-war, they continued to produce quality chambray shirts, work jackets, work pants, and overalls, gaining nationwide recognition. The brand later adapted to the needs of the times, expanding beyond workwear to include East Coast-inspired items featuring color pants and stretchy materials in the 60s, diversifying in materials, functionality, and colors to differentiate itself from other workwear brands.
