A pleated jacket inspired by simple house brand items from a quite old era.

All pockets are designed to be large, making it easy to carry various small items.

Fabrics

MATERIAL: Unspecified fiber (HEMP) 100%

Original material woven using old-fashioned looms at a historic textile factory in the Bishu region.
This plain weave fabric is woven with thick hemp yarn at an ultra-high density beyond limits for both warp and weft.
After weaving, a nidom treatment is performed to intentionally cause significant shrinkage of the fabric, creating a textured surface.
Additionally, during the processing, the surface of the fabric is rubbed, softening the surface fibers, resulting in a moist feel as if it has been brushed.
At the point of being woven with high density, the fabric is stiff like canvas, but through the nidom processing, it develops a texture reminiscent of old cloth that has been cherished for many years.
