The "Okinawa Jumper" is a custom-order jacket made for U.S. soldiers stationed at the Naha base in Okinawa. It features a whimsical embroidery of a hot rod-style fire truck rushing to a fire scene on the back. This fire truck is identified as the O-11A American LaFrance, which was introduced by the U.S. Air Force in 1952, and its design, including vintage collar and pocket shapes, suggests it dates back to the late 1950s.

CRASH RESCUE refers to the specialized firefighting units that don CRASH TURNOUT suits during fire emergencies involving aircraft carrying jet fuel, conducting rescue operations at great personal risk. These teams are a standard presence at U.S. Air Force bases.
