Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences,
including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect
or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number
and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within
5 days of delivery based on the tracking record.
Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.
We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
- The request is due to personal reasons
- Import duties or taxes are refused
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery
- The item has been worn, used, or washed
- The item has odors, stains, or damage caused by use
- Original accessories, packaging, or boxes are missing
- The item has been altered or repaired
- The item was purchased as a sale or discounted product
