The Goldwin Chamonix COLLECTION is designed for athletes seeking to discover unknown opportunities and limitless possibilities. This trail running gear collection embodies our commitment to continuous technology exploration and innovation, pushing our products to new heights. Focused on the most famous 100-mile race, held annually at the end of August in Chamonix, France, we have significantly enhanced the balance of lightweight and durability necessary for athletes to conquer the challenging course. The main material features a three-layer waterproof and breathable fabric that maintains a balance of tear strength and weight. By weaving Dyneema fibers into 20-denier nylon fabric, we enhance tear strength, minimizing fabric damage from unexpected accidents during trail runs. For areas prone to wear when carrying a pack, we added glass bead processing to improve abrasion resistance. We also incorporated tricot fabric with the original Goldwin brand colors. The side areas utilize a lightweight, waterproof and breathable material with a three-layer structure of 7 denier to enhance both lightness and mobility. The silhouette fits the body well, and action pleats on the back allow for easy layering over a pack while improving arm mobility. The central waist features a zippered pocket for storing snacks and small items. Made of mesh material, the pocket serves as ventilation and can also function as a packable pocket for storing the jacket. A drawcord at the back of the hood allows for quick adjustment. The sleeves are designed with a curved shape for easier arm movement during running, and raglan sleeves around the shoulders minimize interference with pack seams. These organic curves are inspired by forms found in nature. The front center features a waterproof zipper with a Goldwin original pull, allowing for quick response to sudden weather changes. The logos on the front and back are reflective for increased visibility at night. This item provides comfort even during intense activities like the 100-mile race.
