A toddler model of the down jacket inheriting the design of the Nupste Jacket, a heritage model representing THE NORTH FACE from the 1990s. The outer fabric is made of recycled nylon with water-repellent treatment. It uses environmentally friendly recyclable down as insulation. Comes with a convenient stuff sack for easy carrying. A kids' model is also available, making it possible for siblings to match. This versatile piece can be used widely from outdoor activities to daily wear.

CLEANDOWN

CLEANDOWN uses down that has been cleaned and processed by Kawada Feather, a down manufacturer based in Meiwa-cho, Mie Prefecture, as its main raw material. Utilizing the dry climate that allows the down feathers to open easily and the soft water that flows through this area, dirt and dust are thoroughly removed without damaging the down, resulting in clean down. The clean down has superior loft compared to the pre-cleaned version and enhances thermal insulation. The clean down wraps the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT

The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that collects and refines down (feathers), a limited resource, and utilizes it as raw material for new products including down apparel under the name “GREENDOWN”. It reduces the carbon dioxide generated when down is incinerated (approximately 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is emitted per 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide released during transport from the country of origin to Japan.
