The Stow Away Jacket, originally launched in 1982, has been updated with modern technology. This nostalgic piece features a color scheme reminiscent of its origins. It utilizes an environmentally friendly ePE GORE-TEX PRODUCTS 2-layer material without fluorocarbon membranes. The jacket is made from a subtly glossy 50-denier polyester fabric that adds a classic touch. The lining is durable ripstop polyester. The cuffs are adjustable with hook-and-loop fasteners, and the hem features an adjustable fit. It comes with a staff sack for convenient storage and portability. With a relaxed silhouette that allows for easy layering, this jacket combines a basic design and functionality that can be worn by anyone, making it suitable not only for outdoor activities but also for everyday use.

Simplicity is best
The material's contrast unique to The North Face is non-existent, making it very simple in design. The logo is only small on the cuffs, so at first glance, it doesn't look like The North Face, and this subtlety is appreciated by older gentlemen.
The polyester fabric is very soft, and the comfort level is the best. Since this is a Gore-Tex rain jacket, I have no complaints.
