These gloves are made from a soft fleece material with a plush texture and a voluminous design. The fabric is as light and fluffy as a marshmallow. The thumb and index finger feature removable fingertip hoods for enhanced dexterity. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

The dark navy color is good!
The color is nice, and it's light and warm. The tips of the thumb and index finger are open, making it easy to use a mobile phone.

Did not need finger holes
I was really torn, but since I wanted something that didn't show the logo, I chose this one. It has holes for the index and thumb for smartphone use, but it's really cold. There aren’t many situations where I need to touch my smartphone while wearing gloves, so I ended up sewing them shut myself later.
