The NORTH FACE's signature waterproof hardshell offers an incredibly light and flexible feel. This novelty color is inspired by natural tree bark. It incorporates cutting-edge technology with the 'SYN-GRID' pattern-making method to minimize resource usage. Utilizing unique technology, it meticulously analyzes 3D garment data and reconstructs patterns to generate minimal waste. The number of patterns and parts remains nearly unchanged as well as the seam count, while reducing fabric waste from cutting from approximately 17% to around 9%. The material features a lightweight Hyvent 2.5-layer construction that blocks cold air while ensuring high waterproof breathability. The front has a double flap design, providing a slightly relaxed silhouette that pairs well with heavier mid-layers. This jacket is perfect for various outdoor activities throughout the year, including day hikes and camping.
