The jacket inherits the design of THE NORTH FACE's heritage model, the Sierra Parka, which was released in 1970 and is considered a prototype of outdoor down parkas. It incorporates environmentally conscious materials, featuring a water-repellent recycled nylon outer fabric. The crinkle finish gives it a matte texture while remaining recyclable. The insulation uses recycled down, allowing you to experience the unique baffle feel and lightness characteristic of down. The lining is made from a thin, smooth 12-denier recycled nylon ripstop. The hood is removable. With a box silhouette that draws attention with its large flap pockets, this piece is easy to coordinate as casual wear.

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses raw down that has been cleaned and processed by Kawada Feather, a down manufacturer headquartered in Meiwa-cho, Mie Prefecture. Utilizing dry climates that make the down feathers easy to expand, along with the soft water flowing in this region, dirt and dust are thoroughly removed without damaging the down, resulting in clean down. The clean down has superior loft compared to uncleaned down and enhances insulating power. Clean down wraps the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT
The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that collects and refines down (feathers), a limited resource, and uses it as raw material for new products, including down wear, under the name 'GREENDOWN'. It can suppress carbon dioxide emitted when down is incinerated (approximately 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is emitted per 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide generated when shipping from the country of origin to Japan.
