Two chest straps with magnetic buckles enhance fit and facilitate quick donning and doffing, reducing stress. The shoulder harness includes a bottle pocket and two-tiered slit pockets for organizing nutrition and gloves. Additionally, there's a smartphone pocket inside the bottle pocket. A zippered pocket in the main back compartment is convenient for storing valuables.

The size can be difficult
I usually wear size M, but I thought size M would be fine when trying it on with an outer layer. However, when at home in just a T-shirt, there was a gap around my shoulders, so I tried on size S again at the store and had it exchanged. The fit is a bit more strict than other backpacks, so trying it on is necessary.

When I just want to carry water
When running in the heat of summer or when I want to carry just water on a city run, normal backpacks are bulky and make my back hot. But belts feel constricting, and I'm not good with them. That's why I bought this. Recent summers have been too hot, and staying hydrated is essential even for casual jogging, so I think it will be useful even for those who don't do trail running.
