This hooded insulation jacket features 900 fill power down with a water-repellent finish, designed for use during harsh winter activities. The outer fabric is made from a lightweight, flexible nylon material that uses recycled fishing net fibers. With a water-repellent treatment, it can withstand light rain and snow. The insulation is clean down with impurities removed as much as possible, offering high loft and warmth. The water-repellent treatment on the down helps maintain loft and keep you warm even when wet. It includes zippered pockets on both sides and a helmet-compatible hood. Packable into a compact stuff sack for easy carrying, this jacket can be worn as an outer layer or mid-layer. Ideal for trekking, camping, and snow activities from autumn to winter.

Casual down jacket
Until now, I had been wearing heavy down jackets like the Nuptse and Baltoro, but with the warmer winters in recent years, the occasions to wear them have decreased, and insulation-type products that are easy to move in are gaining attention. This down jacket is lightweight with a fill power of 900, so there is no shoulder strain from the weight, and it's comfortable to wear. If the logo were embroidered in the same color, it would have an even more refined impression and might become more popular. I look forward to future improvements.

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses raw down that has been washed by Kawada Feather, a feather processing manufacturer based in Meiwa, Mie Prefecture. The down is thoroughly cleaned without damaging it, using the dry climate that allows the feathers to open easily and the soft water from the region to remove dirt and dust, resulting in clean down. The cleaned down has superior loft compared to its pre-washed state and increases insulation power. Clean down wraps the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT
The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that collects and refines down (feathers), which is a limited resource, to utilize it as a material for new products, including down jackets, under the name 'GREENDOWN'. It can reduce the carbon dioxide emitted when down is incinerated (about 1.8 kg of CO2 is emitted for 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide produced when the down is shipped from the country of origin to Japan.
