The 1977 heritage model from THE NORTH FACE, the Brooks Range, has been rebuilt using modern materials and functionality while inheriting its classic design. The outer fabric utilizes GORE-TEX INFINIUM PRODUCTS, which offers excellent windproofing and breathability. The insulation is made of environmentally friendly recycled down. Advanced cleaning technology ensures that the clean down has high thermal insulation by thoroughly removing impurities. Furthermore, the structure that offsets the baffle positions on the inside and outside reduces cold spots. Features such as welded rounded velcro, a vibrant yellow lining, and a hood design that fully covers the face replicate details from the past while pursuing the latest advancements in functionality.

M size and S size
I was reluctant to order from the web store without knowing the size, so I had both sizes delivered to the store to try on. The M size felt like something a giant would wear, while the S size was loose over a fleece-lined hoodie, so I chose this one! With this, even in heavy snow, just wearing it over a winter cap is enough to keep warm, and it has a power that rivals any down I've worn before. I think combining it with Gore-Tex and tightening it inside would be like Antactic. It might stand out when worn in town, and it’s surely over-spec, but I think it may be for self-expression, and it’s wonderful!

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses raw down processed by Kawada Feather, a down processing manufacturer located in Meiwa Town, Mie Prefecture. The down is thoroughly cleaned without damage to achieve clean down using the soft water in the area and the dry climate that allows the feathers to open easily. The cleaned down has superior loft compared to untreated down and increases insulation. Clean down wraps the body more warmly.
