Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

I fell in love at first sight when I saw the actual product in the store. The color and stitching were different from what I had seen in the images beforehand. The convertible feature was also a deciding factor. I'm looking forward to wearing it with past collections.
