I use it for warmth after running and during warm-up. It goes over your head, but surprisingly, it has a zipper at the bottom that allows for quick air exchange. The insulation power is quite good. It can be a bit difficult to use because you can't fully open the front with the zipper, but I think it won't be a problem once you get used to it. I'm glad I bought it.

It's lightweight and compact, so I can always keep it in my backpack during summer, and I definitely want to take it with me when I go to the mountains in summer. I haven't actually tried it yet, but many people recommend it, so it must be reliable.
The fabric is quite thin, so I'm a bit worried about washing it, but I wonder how it will hold up?
I purchased a size M. Since it's unisex, it feels a bit big, but I think it's fine like this.
