Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

Christmas present for my grandchild
It seems they wanted a trainer with the same logo as Grandpa's, so I couldn't help but give it as a gift. They get it dirty quickly, so I have to wash it often, but the fabric is sturdy and doesn't lose its shape.
