The body features clean down that has been thoroughly treated with advanced cleaning technology to remove dirt and has a water-repellent finish. The shoulders are reinforced with board-like synthetic insulation to prevent compression. The fabric is made from Pertex Quantum, which is soft to the touch, light, and durable. Compatible with the ZIP IN ZIP system, it connects to outer shells with a dedicated zipper. It is also packable, fitting easily into the left chest pocket, making it an activewear essential. Compatible with the Zip In Zip (Men's) model.

CLEANDOWN uses raw down cleaned and processed by Kawada Feather, a feather manufacturer based in Meiwa, Mie Prefecture. The dry climate allows the down feathers to open easily, and the soft water in this area thoroughly removes dirt and dust without damaging the down, resulting in clean down. The cleaned down has better bulkiness and increased insulation compared to its pre-cleaned state. Clean down wraps the body more warmly.

The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT aims to collect and refine down (feathers), which are limited resources, and utilize them as raw materials for new products like down wear under the name 'GREENDOWN.' It helps reduce carbon dioxide emitted when down is incinerated (approximately 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is generated per 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide emitted when transporting from the country of origin to Japan.
