It feels good to the touch and is comfortable to wear.
I find it very useful as an inner layer.

I wear it at the gym. It fits well without any stress on my arms. Unless you sweat a lot, it won't smell if you just hang it to dry when you get home, so there's no need to wash it every time. (I think it varies from person to person)

It's a cool and comfortable T-shirt for hot days. If you prefer a looser fit, I think going up one size would be fine.
