Subtle shape

I repeated my purchase of this material's sweatshirt, but the shape has changed and degraded, which is disappointing as a repeat customer.
The length has become shorter, and the sleeves are too loose. The previous model had a classic shape with just the right amount of ease that allowed for easy movement and a nice silhouette. I had been repeating my purchase many times, but it's about to end soon.
