156cm, 49kg. I thought it would be tight, so I got L which is one size up, and the waist is a bit loose. I was considering wearing it layered for running in the winter. I think the insulation and the high-performance fit makes it feel a bit loose with innerwear. If I pair it with a sweatshirt, the size might feel just right.
