I bought it for commuting runs. It is lighter than it looks, surprisingly large in capacity, and perfect for commuting runs.

I was looking for a black backpack for commuting and had a few other candidates, but choosing this one was a great decision.
It does not resemble others. It doesn't tire me out when carrying. The shoe compartment at the bottom is excellently convenient.
It's great for commuting runs, has a large capacity, and seems to have undergone some modifications from the old model and the 16L version. There are some details I wish were preserved, but I am entirely satisfied with this one, and the price is reasonable enough. Thank you to the staff at Nishinomiya Gardens!

The size is just right, and it is very user-friendly. There is storage both above and below, so I can easily put what I need in there without opening the entire bag, which is convenient.

I use this for commuting runs in winter. There is enough capacity to hold thick changes of clothes and down jackets while running.

I have used over 50 backpacks, but this was the most user-friendly😁 It’s been the best without resembling others much, and I'm thinking of buying another one.

I am happy that there is a space for shoes.

I bought this for going to the gym after work, comparing it to other similar sizes, the lightweight factor was the deciding point. Shoes can be placed from the bottom, and small items can be easily inserted from the top, making it very user-friendly. 22L is just the right size for someone small like me.

It is light, fits well on my back, and feels very good!
I can use it in various situations like hiking, trekking, town, and commuting, and I am satisfied with the purchase of a good product.

If it's about compactness, the 16 might be better.
In winter, when I have more luggage, I prefer this one.
The 16 has undergone some detailed improvements (like the position of the small item pocket and the smartphone pocket).
If looking at the overall balance, I think the 22 is used in more situations.
