The kids' version of the Nuptse jacket, a heritage model representing THE NORTH FACE from the 1990s, is developed for expeditions. The outer material is made of durable recycled nylon with water-repellent treatment. It uses environmentally friendly recyclable down as insulation. An embedded stopper at the hem allows for adjustable fit. It comes with a convenient stuff sack for easy carrying. The design is shared with adults, making it fun for parent-child coordination. The silhouette is slightly relaxed, making it versatile for both outdoor and urban use.

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses clean down processed from raw down feathers by Kawada Feather, a down manufacturer based in Meiwa-cho, Mie Prefecture. The dry climate, which helps the down feathers open up, and the soft water flowing in this area are used to thoroughly remove dirt and dust without damaging the down, resulting in clean down. The cleaned down has superior loft compared to the uncleaned version, increasing its insulation properties. Clean down wraps the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT
The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that recovers and refines down (feathers), which is a limited resource, and utilizes it as a raw material for new products including down wear under the name 'GREENDOWN'. It helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions generated when down is incinerated (approximately 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is emitted per 1 kg of down) and during transportation from the country of origin to Japan.
