The Nuptse Jacket, a heritage model that represents THE NORTH FACE in the 1990s, was developed in 1992 for expeditions. It retains the original specifications while updating to a well-balanced size that fits current trends. Part of the insulation is made with environmentally friendly recycled down. The outer fabric is made of durable 40-denier ripstop nylon with a water-repellent finish, and the shoulder area, which interacts with packs, is reinforced with nylon material. This jacket can be widely used for both outdoor activities and town use.

Heavily rotated
I had bought a classic color hoodie this season, but I fell in love with the limited color and ended up buying it additionally.
While I was hesitating on the color, black sold out, so I went with the new gray, but just changing the shoulder color from standard fuse box gray to black makes it look completely different and cool!
It's definitely going to be worn often. Since I live in a snowy area, I wear hoodies a lot, so I hope they release limited colors like this. If they do, I'll buy it!

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses down processed through washing at Kawada Feather, a down manufacturer based in Meiwa-cho, Mie Prefecture, as the main raw material. Utilizing the dry climate that allows the feathers of the down to open easily and the soft water from this region, dirt and dust are thoroughly removed without damaging the down, resulting in clean down. The clean down has superior loft compared to the unwashed down and greatly enhances insulation. Clean down wraps around the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT
The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that collects and refines down (feathers), a limited resource, and utilizes it as raw material for new products, including down clothing, under the name 'GREENDOWN'. It helps reduce carbon dioxide emitted when down is incinerated (about 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is emitted per 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide generated when it is shipped from the country of origin to Japan.
