A vest that follows the design of the Nuptse Jacket, a heritage model representing THE NORTH FACE in the 1990s, developed for expeditions in 1992. It features a novelty color inspired by natural bark. The size has been updated to a balanced fit that aligns with contemporary trends. Environmentally conscious recycled down is used for part of the insulation. The exterior is made of durable 40-denier ripstop nylon with a water-repellent finish, while the shoulder section is made of a thicker nylon material. This versatile piece can be widely used for both outdoor and town settings.

A little chilly.
Depending on the region, there may not be many opportunities to wear it (due to the warm climate), but the real tree camo for 2025 AW is very cool, and I purchased it again following last year (2024 AW). Its practicality is well established.

CLEANDOWN
CLEANDOWN uses raw down processed by Kawada Feather, a down manufacturer headquartered in Meiwa Town, Mie Prefecture. Utilizing a dry climate that allows the down feathers to open easily and soft water from this region, the down is thoroughly cleaned without damage, removing dirt and dust to create clean down. The clean down has superior loft compared to unwashed down and improved insulation. The clean down wraps around the body more warmly.

GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT
The GREEN DOWN RECYCLE PROJECT is a project that collects and refines down (feathers), which is a limited resource, and uses it as raw material for new products including down apparel under the name 'GREENDOWN.' It helps to reduce carbon dioxide generated when down is incinerated (approximately 1.8 kg of carbon dioxide is emitted for every 1 kg of down) and the carbon dioxide emitted when it is sent from the country of origin to Japan.
