The lightweight and compact running thermal vest is easily storable in the palm of your hand. Made with lightweight nylon on the front, it features 25g/m? insulation for excellent warmth retention. The back is designed with stretch nylon fabric that has laser holes to release moisture, enhancing mobility and breathability. The inner side is crafted from a thin yet highly wind-resistant nylon ripstop fabric, reducing cling to sweaty skin. Weighing an astonishing 65g (Men's L size), it includes a packable design that can be folded compactly into the coin pocket located on the right inside of the vest. Wear it at the start of your runs during cold seasons, and when you warm up, you can pack it away into your pocket and continue running. Available in women's sizes as well.

Prevents wind from the front and allows moisture to escape from the back
The front has a thin layer of cotton, and there is ventilation on the back.
During winter runs, the feeling of temperature can change dramatically with the wind direction, so before using items like this, I would take off my wind shell after running.
TNF has multiple models with shells on the front, which is very appreciated.

For winter running
I used to wear a shell for winter running, but I would get hot and sweaty while running. This vest provides adequate insulation without overheating, which is great. It's even better that only the important core parts are warm.
