This is a warm vest that can be quickly worn over your shell when exposed to strong winds along ridges or when feeling cold due to decreased activity levels. The outer fabric is made of lightweight PERTEX material that features water-repellent processing. The shoulder area, which often interferes with backpacks, has a hard face print applied to enhance abrasion resistance. The insulation consists of PRIMALOFT Black Insulation RISE, which maintains loft even when wet, ensuring warmth in environments prone to moisture. It has a slightly larger silhouette designed for wearing over a shell, with an armhole design that minimizes wind entry. The high collar provides warmth around the neck and can be tightened. A packable storage pocket is located on the left chest, and there are convenient hand warmer pockets on both sides. This compact and portable item can be utilized for various outdoor activities across different seasons.

As an outer for ski wear
During the extreme cold, I felt cold even when layered inside my wear, so I decided to purchase this vest.
Since I would be wearing it over my gear, I had some trouble deciding on the size. The M size is somewhat large compared to my women's L gear. The length covers my butt, which is good. The area around the chest and sleeves is a bit big, but considering the unbearable cold I could endure, it's probably okay. I was able to purchase it at a good price during a sale.
