I tried the zip-in-zip with my Mountain Light Jacket. Because the cuffs are secured at one place, it's fine with thin shirts, but with sweaters or cardigans, the sleeves of the fleece jacket get pulled along when taking it off, which was a bit disappointing. The jacket itself is warm and comfortable to wear.
