I purchased it as an outerwear for autumn and spring.
It repels some rain, so it's quite useful. The hem's elastic is loose, so I rated it one star less because it cannot be adjusted in length.

A jacket for people who ride bicycles that is not found in other North Face jackets. It is water-repellent, but since it is not Gore-Tex, it only withstands light rain. The mesh lining feels good against the skin. The hem of the jacket is tapered, so it doesn't get fluffy. There is ventilation in the back, so it doesn't trap moisture. The fabric is soft and comfortable, making it great for riding a bicycle.

It has a nicely relaxed style, and even if I wear long sleeves underneath, I don't feel tight at all, making it very easy to move around. That said, it does not look bulky, so it seems versatile enough for both commuting and private use.

I was able to buy something great for the upcoming season. I want to wear it a lot.

It seems it was originally made with a larger size for people who ride bicycles, but I'm using it frequently for city life.
The inside has a mash function, so it's necessary to wrap it in winter, but I thought it has a high versatility to be used any time except in summer.
It pairs very well with relaxed pants.
It's not cheap, but it was a good purchase.
