Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

I like it!
I like the rugged and chunky feel. It holds a lot, and it's great that it stands on its own. It seems to be a product only sold in the flagship store, which is great because it won't be duplicated by others.

BC Daypack
I used to love a 27L daypack from The North Face, but it was a bit too big for everyday use, so this one is just the right size.
The fact that the space for the PC and the main compartment are separate was a key point. It's a common type for business use.
It seems durable, so I'm looking forward to using it more.
