This hard case wheeler features a clamshell design made from highly weather-resistant polycarbonate material. The wheels are a 4-axis type, providing excellent maneuverability. The opening has been treated with packing to enhance its waterproof capabilities. It utilizes an advanced locking system known as TSA LOCK, approved by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, to comply with domestic luggage inspection policies in the United States. This allows for checking in luggage with the lock still engaged. The interior is designed with a removable divider and organizer, making it easy to separate shirts, jackets, and other clothing items. *Please note that the keyhole is for use by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration during inspection upon entry to the U.S., and this product does not come with a key.*

Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
An exchange or refund will be offered only if the item received is incorrect or has a defect caused by us.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved cases will have return shipping covered by us.
Requests for defective item exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of delivery based on the tracking record. Returns will not be accepted without prior email approval.

- More than 3 days have passed since delivery

Purchased for travel
I was torn between this one and a smaller one, but I'm glad I chose this one.
I was able to consolidate the luggage for my family of four.
It might be a bit big for solo travel, so it's suitable for about a week.
I would appreciate having a smaller size and this intermediate size available.
