The striped fabric is a mélange stripe that was used in jackets from the 1920s to 1930s in France. Analysis shows that the warp thread consists of five types, and
the weave is a rare type of fabric known as a double warp weave. The thickness and combination of the threads were carefully considered and created originally.
The twist melange gabardine is an original fabric made from yarn that has a texture like animal fur. It was analyzed and referenced from chambray fabric used in Italian military pants from the 1910s. Since two types of warp threads and a total of four colors of yarn are used, it adds depth and a blurred surface texture.
Finally, it was finished with a degreased washer to achieve a smooth texture.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0743/5829/2669/files/greybird-c62519d46860fed08de63f0b4da86f8d.jpg?v=1786868504
