This 1950s overall is equipped with the patented "Safe Deposit Pocket," which was applied for on November 24, 1936, and obtained a patent on April 18, 1939, but was not practical until after the war. The design features a large pocket inside the zipper located at the center of the bib. Advertisements from that time touted its ability to reduce damage and loss of stored items while also providing protection from dirt.
This low-back overall is specifically designed for ease of movement, featuring suspenders made from elastic parts for added comfort. Unlike the typical navy zipper tape, this special model showcases a rare red zipper tape that is found in less than 10% of examples.
Complete Series of the Reproduction "HEADLIGHT"
The brand originated from the Larned Carter Company, established in the early 1900s and existing until the 1960s. Uncommonly for the time, it produced everything in-house from weaving to sewing, demonstrating a commitment to quality. As indicated by the trademark label and flasher, it was favored by railroad workers and engineers. Today, it remains a highly sought-after collectible, reviving rare items that are difficult to obtain.

Returns are not accepted for overseas orders due to customer preferences, including incorrect sizing or personal interpretation of the product.
